What a week it has been! Actually, what a crazy almost two years since Nell and I decided to go for it and Hi Little One was born. We have learned so much on this adventure and continuing to learn more and more each day.
The website launched on April 15th and everything was going smoothly for about 5 minutes... Until we discovered our coupon system didn't work as we'd expected, and our entire Kickstarter fulfillment strategy was flawed. Nice start! After a minor panic attack, some technical work (from Nell) and a lot of emotional support and positive thoughts (from me) we were back on track. It made us pause and realize that with every hurdle we have faced with Hi Little One, we have been able to overcome and improve and learn. It also gives us the vision to continue to learn and strive to make the website design exciting, to add features and make the Hi Little One experience even better for you!
All in all, there is so much to be proud of and always room to improve. Please stick with us and watch us iron out the kinks and work towards making Hi Little One a store you can really love.
